We had our roof replaced by NVB. I was extremely happy with their professionalism, customer service and quality of work. Working with rep, Charlie Pizzola is a great pleasure. He's very knowledgeable and responsible, upfront with everything from start to finish. Charlie did a fantastic job with my insurance claims adjuster and helped me with all the paper work. He kept me informed of when materials would be delivered and when the work would be done. The crews were great and the clean-up afterwards was superb. And above all, they're very nice people. I would highly recommend them when needing a new roof especially when going through the insurance process.

Very professional team and great customer service. They offered to fix my house's roof and did great job. They also gave me different financing options for payment which was extremely helpful. 100% would recommend them to anyone including family and friends.

Willy caballero and his team did a wonderful job replacing my roof due to hail damage. Not only did they replace the roof, but they also took care of the leg work behind the scenes, by contacting my insurance company and helping me file the claim. They walked me through this process step by step from beginning to end, the communication was friendly and top notch, making it a very smooth operation. The team worked fast, and efficiently. They replaced the roof on my rancher in one day.
