I was impressed with how organized the crew was from start to finish. Materials were stacked neatly instead of scattered around the yard, which made a huge difference for safety since we have kids at home. They replaced old shingles and reinforced weak corners that I didn’t even know were failing. The foreman checked progress twice daily and explained what was completed. There was a short pause due to weather, but they resumed quickly and finished within the expected timeframe without rushing the final inspection.

When I noticed shingles missing from the top of my roof i immediately went to the bulletin board where I keep the business card for Home Pro (of Clifton/Centreville) who I’ve used in the past to reroof our shed, a bay window bump out and to install new gutters. They were out the next day, repaired the roof, did a full inspection, tamping down loose nails, etc., and provided an assessment on the life left on my roof. No sales pressure, just an honest assessment. My go-to company for roofing and gutters.

Mr. Lee took time to explain the damage done due to wind, how he would get it fixed. He even went as far as Fredericksburg to get right material. I am very much appreciative of his professionalism.
