I can't recommend Oseas and Belen+ Services enough. Oseas was a great communicator, came next day, did a thorough job sweeping my chimney. He also gave me great advice about what else I needed and didn't need. I'm a new homeowner and asked Oseas about my ducts, gutters, and dryer vent (fearing he would say they all needed expensive cleaning). He took a close look, explained to me what maintenance is needed long-term, but told me they all looked good for now! And he showed me how to clean the dryer vent myself. It's so rare and appreciated to get good advice from a vendor that actually helps you learn and save money in the long run.
