He called to let me know what time during the window he would arrive, he was prompt, and was careful and thorough with the cleaning. My carpets have been revived like new! The technician was friendly, arrived when scheduled, and made sure to clean areas of carpet that I mentioned, and even did an extra area. Really appreciated that. Stains in carpet were lifted from my potty training toddler’s poop in the carpet down the stairs. I removed some of it prior to the cleaning then it all came out once cleaned professionally.Service: General carpet cleaning
