I thought I had done something wrong and he made me feel so much better! He replaced my tank the same day and let me pay the balance later in the week because he knew I needed water. “On 11 January, our generator was serviced by Mr. Thomas Spencer from the F.H. Furr electrical department. He arrived on schedule, and we were delighted because he had previously serviced our generator. So we were already accustomed to his exceptional performance, customer service, expertise, and professionalism. He asked some functional questions, then proceeded to tell me what the service would entail. He serviced and tested the generator in a systematic and organized manner. He displayed great attention to detail and after a discussion about battery life, we decided it might be best to replace the over three year old battery. Nothing was overlooked. He wanted to make sure we did not need the generator delayed start extended to avoid unnecessary starts due to frequent short term power outages. He did not leave until he and we were satisfied. He is still that rare combination of a skilled expert and yet concerned about customer care that we had expected. The generator performed its weekly testing and notifications with no issues. It’s very comforting to know that if the power failed, the generator would not. We can count on his work. Mr. Spencer proved to be a committed, responsible, dedicated, and skilled professional.
