I must commend the veterinarian and her assistant for their extraordinary patience, particularly in handling my energetic and squirmy dog. Their professional and compassionate demeanor not only reassured me but also made the entire veterinary experience notably positive. Everyone here is kind and careful with our pup. We trust all of the doctors and staff implicitly. They are very communicative and thorough and we are always impressed when they follow up to make sure "our baby" (as staff member Nicola puts its) is doing well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hahn has been our cat's vet since kittenhood and has been amazing, kind, and supportive as we've navigated her growing up. The entire practice is incredibly loving, calming, and attentive. They instill a sense of deep trust and true commitment to providing loving care to animals and the kind of patience and consideration pet-parents need. I've never doubted for a second that Northside has Smithers' (the cat) back all the way and will take perfect care of her. A wonderful veterinary practice!
