8442 Lee Hwy Suite A-B, Fairfax“I was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome Sept of 2022 where I had to be hospitalized and was released Dec of 2022. I lost the ability to walk (on my own) and unable to use my hands as the paralysis hit only my limbs past the elbow and knee cap. On top of continuing with my outpatient physical & occupational therapy .. Brian has worked with me since the New Year. Every week Brian offered support and great guidance with different stretches, new exercises and techniques in order to begin regaining my muscles back in my arms and legs. I started off in a wheelchair and am close to switching from a walker to a cane now .. thankfully his facility is also fully handicap accessible! Right away, the moment you walk in, you just feel ready. The vibe is just right to get you to get going AND KEEP GOING! Brian has ABSOLUTELY been a vessel in my recovery journey. I would not have progressed as much as i have if it weren’t for this gym. Not to mention, Brian was in contact with my PT so they were in the know about what i was doing each week! I mean, COME ON.. doesn’t get better than that. A coach, a trainer who genuinely cares. I am grateful for Brian & BOWTAI FITNESS!! The fire in me is lit and i am excited to have both Brian and the gym and all it has to offer in my comeback story!“

His Gonstead technique and medical approach are overly impressive and 10/10.I text messaged Dr. Campbell to make an appointment and was extremely grateful to be seen next day for to treat a serious low back injury and mixed collection of other aches and pains. I'm currently a career Military Officer with a history of 6 overseas deployments, which requires me to manage many physical conditions. Getting treatment for over 2 months has completely relived my many layers of symptoms and he got me to a state of stability vs my initial triage. Dr. Campbell is the only chiropractor I'll consider in the DMV. He was finally admitted to the hospital, and after the bloodwork results came back, they said that his inflammation levels were the highest they’d ever seen and probably a side effect from COVID. We were sent to a rheumatoid arthritis doctor, who wanted to put him on prednisone for six months. Knowing the side effects of prednisone, we went to see Dr. Nelson. She put him on a protocol right away, he worked together with her finding the root of his issues. My husband is now pain-free, no more fevers, and inflammation free.“

I was able to built considerably more strength than with any other approach. 20 minutes is all it takes, no hours long huffing and puffing!
