About Think Happy Live Healthy
Think Happy Live Healthy is a team of therapists and psychiatric providers dedicated to delivering holistic mental health and wellness services across the Northern Virginia area. Since 2018, they have supported children, teens, and adults in Falls Church through therapy, medication management, and psychoeducational evaluations. Their goal is to help clients manage anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders, while also building long-term emotional wellness and personal growth. The team at Think Happy Live Healthy is described as professional, considerate, and passionate about improving the quality of life of their patients. They meet their patients where they are and involve the family and systems they interact with, as needed, to address the patient's needs and concerns. The therapists are flexible in shifting schedules and are dedicated to their work, which leads to the success of their patients. One of the therapists, Jacklyn McMillan, is praised for her ability to foster connection, create a safe space for clients, and highlight perspectives that both validate and challenge others. Another therapist, Sarah Albanawi, is recognized for her expertise in trauma, depression, and anxiety, and her successful use of Neuro Emotional Technique to resolve underlying traumas that impact daily life.
Christine and her team are amazing and talented therapists! If you're struggling with anxiety and you're located in Falls Church, VA, I highly recommend that you reach out!
Susanne is highly empathetic and well-versed in a plethora of therapy strategies. She is insightful in tailoring these strategies to her individual clients and in developing a trusting relationship with them. She's not afraid to dive into very difficult topics and has a knack for setting her clients at ease while doing so. I highly recommend her as a therapist for a myriad of issues (stress, trauma, life-changes/transitions, etc.).

Matt meets his patients where they are at and involves the family and systems they interact with (as needed) to really address the patient’s needs and concerns. He is flexible in shifting schedules and is passionate about his work, which definitely comes through in the successes of his patients. Highly recommend!
