Dr. Aleksandra Gajer has been an excellent replacement for Dr. Posner, who had been my primary care physician for decades. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, and thorough. She communicates medical issues in a language that laymen can understand easily. She thinks ahead.It is noteworthy that the Gajer Practice does not accept health insurance plans like Medicare or TriCare, therefore necessitating the patient's extra effort to submit claims. Working with Medicare on claims has proven to be difficult.One difficulty currently exists at the new Gajer Practice. My Monday morning weigh in was with Dr. Gajer. I have not met her personally to date, but I can tell you she is a listener and a very approachable Doctor. I was a patient of Dr. Posner's for over 12 + years, he couldn't have chosen to leave his legacy to a better Dr. and staff. It's hard these days to find a Dr./PA/team that is so approachable and makes you feel comfortable.
