I immediately visited Rosemarie Randolph and I am so glad I did! She was encouraging and helpful. I was panicked about what I could and couldn't eat, but she carefully went through the mechanics of counting carbohydrates and logging everything. I have been logging food forever, and although I am an educated person in other areas, I did NOT know what foods were high in carbs -- assuming it was potatoes, bread, rice, and pasta. Rosemarie educated me, and I am happy to say I've lost 12 pounds in the past month just by changing my diet. “Prince William Chiropractic Clinic !!! 100/10 rating . I was recommended to go there in October and now it’s February and the results are amazing. Before going to them I had headaches daily and upper and lower back pain. I was in some much pain that I can barely play sports anymore. Not only did Dr.Rizwan and Dr.Bakalis adjust my back.
