Maybe larger jobs are more cost effective, but we were quoted $450 for just the labor to replace a garbage disposal ($700 total). I might consider them again for any larger projects we might need in the future, but we ended up seeking a different option for this one.“

Just like Scott before, Jonathan didn't push unnecessary repairs or a new system on us, instead giving us some good options for a new system and some maintenance suggestions on our current system. Five stars.

05.2024: The folks at Call Climate sent Scott to our house to look at a malfunctioning A/C compressor, and he was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job diagnosing problems and offered realistic solutions. Our system is old and he offered a replacement as one option, but he didn’t push it on us and I appreciated that. Five stars. These guys are great.“

“A team from Pond's Plumbing installed a new water heater for us a couple of days ago. They were on time, pleasant, clear about the pricing, and did a good job - I was happy with the work. (I meant to get their names but neglected to. One of the two technicians had to leave before the job was done, but Pond's arranged for a third person to show up so there was a clean handoff and the work was not interrupted. I was impressed with that.)

Luke Allred installed a new kitchen faucet and a new toilet for us today. He was prompt, friendly, and did excellent work. I was very happy with the results. We have used Pond's for years and they have always done a great job.

Tim Rice and his assistant Louis did an excellent job repairing my furnace. They were on time, did the work promptly, and kept me well informed of the diagnosis and needed repairs. I was happy with the work and will continue to use Pond's Plumbing for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Michael Bautista Tovar from Pond's Plumbing came today to replace some valves under our kitchen sink and to assess a problem with our water shutoff valve. He was efficient and pleasant - we were very happy with his work.“

We went with another company first, and within two or three years our brand new air conditioner was failing and they wanted to replace the whole thing, claiming that our warrantee wasn’t any good because we hadn’t read the fine print and registered it online (which they hadn’t told us to do). We called Salmon, who not only promised they’d get us our warrantee (if it was needed), but also found that we didn’t need a full replacement at all. That there were smaller, much less expensive measures they could take to fix the problem—which they did. They took their time to explain all our options, educating us on how things worked, and answering all our questions.
