“I really dont even know where to start with this review other than air design went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out. For 3 years we had issues with our AC. Once or twice a year we would bring someone out to check the house and they always said it was fine. We struggled every other week with it freezing, not freezing but not blowing cold air, the list goes on. After multiple other companies coudlnt find a problem, we finally we sent air design out. They didnt gaslight us and tell us there was nothing they could do, they came out and started digging further.

Long story short there was a lot of small things wrong with how the ac unit was installed in the house because of the builders. Air design came out as many times as needed, and checked up everyday. They even went as far as sending the owner out to try and solve the issues because it was such a complicated case. While there the owner cleaned our condenser OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF HIS HEART.

All that to say, its been 104 this week in utah and our house is holding at 70 degrees. This hasnt happened ever. We are so thrilled and will be life long customers of Air design. We cant thank them enough!!

“So the hottest day of the year the AC stops working. I send a text to Nick asking how long I needed to wait for a service call. He came the next day 30 minutes early. I greeted him at my front door and sent him around to the side of the house where I would meet him. I walked through our front room and kitchen out the back door and down 5 steps were he had the broken part in his hand. He then left to get part and was back in 30 minutes. Our house is now cooling down. Thank you Nick.

Its so hard to find hvac people who r good with older homes, like mine is a 1929 tudor with crazy retrofitted ductwork.
