Next level customer service! The capacitor on my air conditioning condenser went out the night before I was leaving town for the day. I called everywhere local to me with no luck (seems it’s an oddball size). I had a few minutes sitting around on my trip so I started calling places within walking distance, just to see. Jacoby, at Comfort Equipment Supply, answered the phone. He had to do some digging but found the part at a distributor somewhere. He had somebody pick it up and then when I said I’d walk over to get it he offered to drive drive it over to me. I can’t say enough good about the customer service, truly next level! Thank you!
