315 N 200 W, Bountiful“Furnace was not working. Gary came and ran a thorough check and determined the 'mother board' was bad. Talked to us about our options in heating/cooling units, and explained finance options as well. We went with the Lennox heat pump system. Gary checked and they had a unit at the shop and a crew to help with installation. Gary showed up at our home about 10 AM to check out the old furnace. By 6 PM he and the install crew had the new unit installed and working. Couldn't ask for better, faster, more professional service. Thank you Gary, your crew, and Craig's HVAC service. It's nice to be warm again.“

“Roger was very thorough about investigating the problem of why our machine was blowing heat. He explained everything and what the options are to get it fixed. He fixed it to keep our house cool until they can get us back on the schedule to do the rest of the work. Thank goodness the air will work right when it got toasty.“
