After researching several HVAC companies, PerecTemp stood out as one of the few that isn’t trying to take advantage. I appreciated that the owner didn’t push the most expensive units but honestly discussed what would work best for my situation. When I asked if an 80+ efficiency unit would be sufficient to optimize upfront and long-term costs, he was upfront that the higher efficiency units don’t always pay for themselves and can be more expensive to repair. That honesty made my decision easy — I chose the 80+ efficiency unit.

“Burrows remains a top-tier company, and I am so grateful to have discovered that again last week when I called for service. Burrows installed my furnace, filter, and humidifier in 2010, and every part of the system has worked splendidly ever since.

Last week when my thermostat stopped functioning, I hesitated to call for support because other original installers I had contacted had completely new staff and worrisome ethics over the passage of time. Not Burrows. They were wonderful in every way. Right away, they sent Cody out to diagnose the concern, and from the get-go, I knew things would be okay.
