After the first great assessment. Scott and team came through!!! Knowledgeable, Safety was most important, Kept us in the loop during Replacement. Scott made sure to keep all doors and exterior gates closed through the process, entering and leaving everytime. He was aware how we love our animals, that was important to us. We had to leave the household during their installation hours. No lost animals. AC working great. THANK YOU SCOTT!!!
We had the best experience with Matt (in the office), Austin and Grant. They had our 26yr old AC up and running again in no time.
There was no pressure to buy or replace it. In fact, I was the one who enquired, to which we were told if we replaced it we could apply the total amount we just paid toward a new system.
However, since it was purring along just fine, we decided to stay with the status quo. But when the time does come for replacement we definitely will be reaching out to them again.
They also did a full maintenance check.
