“Had a broken cartridge stem broken, I managed to get it out but the new one didn't want to go in completely so I called for help. Adi came in less than an hour on Sunday, found an old black rubber washer in the back of the cylinder. He removed it, inserted the cartridge, locking pin and handle and it works better than it ever has.”
“i recently had a great experience with chris, who installed a shut-off valve in my home in Ogden. from beginning to end, the plumbing service was quick, professional, and polite. chris showed up right on time for the appointment, and i really appreciated that. being on schedule matters to me, and it helped the whole visit start off well. during the valve installation, the plumber was respectful and easy to talk to. he explained each part of the job in simple terms, including how the shut-off valve works and why it is important for the water line in the house. that extra time to walk me through the process was very helpful and made me feel more confident about the plumbing in my home. the work area was kept clean, and the installation was done carefully and efficiently. it was clear that chris knew his trade and cared about doing the job the right way. i was very impressed with the quality of the plumbing service, the clear communication, and the reliable workmanship. i would gladly recommend this plumber to anyone in Ogden who needs dependable and knowledgeable plumbing help.”
