Kaleb and David arrived on time, and informed me of the process, and the cost immediately. they were as professional and thorough as anyone I’ve done business with in 35 years. Solved my immediate problem and diagnosed a complicated situation. I now have a plan to move forward to correct it in the spring when I can get it my septic tank. Price was completely reasonable for the situation and they left the area they worked cleaner than when they arrived . My dog liked them also, very important. Job well done, Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Kaleb was honest, pilot, professional and clearly had my best interests in mind. On one part, he recommended I go buy the toilet as it would be cheaper for me (and then he installed). I will go with them again next time without hesitation.
