Walter was extremely helpful during a time when I was distressed about the water damage in my basement. He was able to clarify things to me in a manner that I comprehended what had led to the issue and what my choices were in finding a solution. Walter proposed a provisional remedy on a Sunday and labored the following day, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout. Another member of the Vargas Brothers Plumbing Co., Frank, joined Walter for part of the second day and he was also instrumental in providing me with the assistance I required. The plumber, Kiah, was respectful and super knowledgeable. I walked him through what I was having complication with and he explained what was happening and why. He gave me estimates of the job and what would explain each part of the process and how long it would take. He felt honest and I trusted what he said.
I contacted on a Friday morning expecting to wait a few days nut Dave was here within hours. He was pleasant, explained what he was going to do and did so. Thanks for excellent service
