The service was quick and very courteous. The service man was very detail oriented with the use of shoe covers and sheets to avoid damage to my home. He made sure to vacuum up any debris before he left. He answered my questions at the end of the service.

Just Right showed up when they said they would, charged what we thought was a fair price, respected that I work from home during the install, and walked us through the new furnace and thermostat upon completion. Robert (sales), Trey, and Jace (install) were great to work with and we would recommend them to people we like. The process didn’t seem like I was dealing with a used car sales person like has been my experience in the past.

I am a repeat customer for a reason! Just Right sent out a technician the same day to evaluate our heating issue. Turns out we needed to replace our 20 yr old furnace. Less than 48 hrs later the Install team, Trey and Todd, arrived first thing in the morning and worked through the day, even skipping lunch, to finish the job - a 10 hr complicated install! They were both skilled workers, as well as, polite, friendly and communicated effectively as the job progressed. I would highly recommend Just Right for their competitive pricing and excellent customer service from the entire team - Jeremy, Jordan, Todd and Trey!
