AC went out today. Called one hour and Julio came and saved the day. Great service could have done without the after hours charge but everything was great. One hour has great service.

We are so grateful for One Hour heating and air conditioning. We have had such an amazing experience with the service that was given by Jeremy, Julio & Jason. Considering the horrible experience we have had with a company that didn’t care to respond to my phone calls that I made for 3-4 months, I then threatened to take them to court for faulty equipment that was clearly not working. He than call me back with an attitude and clearly did have a good understanding of what good customer service is. I’m so grateful for One Hour and their quick response and service that they have given.
