Customers had an amazing experience with the service given by technicians like Jeremy, Julio, and Jason. Julio was perfect, explaining everything in layman's terms and providing a class in self-maintenance of the entire system. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent, letting customers watch everything he was doing. He treated them with respect and kindness. Another technician, Adam, came and removed an expired AC unit that a contractor installed and replaced it with a new unit within a few hours. One Hour is appreciated for their quick response and great service, especially after a horrible experience with a company that didn’t care to respond. Customers are grateful and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
Julio is the best. He examined our air conditioner and detected a faulty motor. Given that the motor had one year warranty we decided to replace the whole unit. That will happen tomorrow. Super fast service.
He was very friendly and thorough!!
Julio was great and fixed my ac very quickly. He went above and beyond before the appointment to talk through options to save me time and money. I cannot recommend him and this company enough.
Jeremy Brown did a outstanding job. He wore protective foot covers while he was inside my home. Jeremy answered any questions I did ask with clarification if needed. The trait i liked most was no up salesmanship. He did a tune-up and gave honest answers. Thanks JB
