Drew was amazing!! True Pros scored a professional in their hiring of Drew. Very quick to come out, diagnose and offered a great, affordable solution. Scheduling with them to replace our furnace/AC in our Eagle Mtn townhouse next month!!
Paige came out to give us a second opinion on an outrageous quote we got from another company. Her evaluation was amazingly thorough. She explained what each system had in amps and how every piece of it was working. She gave us an honest evaluation of some upcoming and potential problems, but did not in any way try to sell us anything we didn’t need. There’s a reason they have a five star rating at this company. Amazing customer service, great and thorough work by the technician, and No annoying or pushy upsell.
I had the pleasure of meeting Garrett today. He came out to look at a couple drains not draining. He was professional and up front. He provided what I call no hassle estimates. There was no pressure to do what he suggested. He also offered tips and tricks to help with our situation. I’m so happy they are providing plumbing services as well. I’ve been wanting to snake our drains for sometime now and after this visit I’m more than willing to fork over the money to do so.
