Gene came this morning and did a very great job in diagnosing the AC problem quickly. He gave recommended solutions which because of the age of the system was not worthwhile. A furnace and ac replacement was the best route which he agreed was best. He arranged to get a furnace tech to come and discuss the replacement options. He didn’t charge anything and his service was great. A very good plumber was very eager and conscientious, though he lacked a basic common part on his truck and had to go get one with a 50 mile round trip. Brett was wonderful and did everything he could to help the family. Great service, electricity was restored. A tech was able to come even earlier than planned. Straightforward pricing, part replaced fixed the complete issue. Tech was friendly attentive and professional. This is the fourth time Stewart did electrical work and he always does exceptional work. No question goes unanswered and he is very friendly and transparent about the work. Whipple is recommended when electrical work is needed.
