When I reached out to Jeff to explain our situation, he was able to schedule us right away. He was friendly, honest, and efficient. He also reassured me that puppies chewing AC cables are more common than you think, and gave me some helpful suggestions to prevent it in the future. “I know I wrote a review a couple of years ago but wanted to write about an experience I had with them today. I had Jon O. and Brycen come out to replace my furnace. They were very professional and and did a fantastic job. I have complete confidence in Absolute Comfort and will continue to use them in the future.This is the first time I have used these guys and I am very impressed. My AC broke and because I work from home it was important to me to get it fixed quickly. They had it completely fixed within a few hours after I called them. They had to change out the blower assembly because it fell apart. I was impressed that they were able to determine what the issue was, get the new part and have it replaced within a few hours. That is outstanding service. In fact, I was so impressed that I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. I highly recommend them.“

There was a slight problem when the techs were done and I called them and they came right back out and fixed it the same day. They were clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. And the whole system works amazing!Edit: I have had my system for several years now and Barlow has been amazing at the upkeep I have not had to worry about my heat and air since o got it. “My technician was Garth and he cleaned our upstairs ducts. We have been remodeling the basement so I thought our basement vents would need to be cleaned but he said they were pretty clean. I was so impressed by his integrity - he could have easily charged me for that ! He also offered to turn on our electric fireplace that wasn’t working. He spent a lot of time and didn’t charge me for it !!!! wow !!!!!! Such a great young man !!!!“
