“I can’t thank Brandon and his team enough for all the help and work they have done for me at our recent house purchase, and old house we had.

I met Brandon initially when we bought our old house that was a new construction, he walked me through our system and always offered a hand with filters or maintenance.

Fast forward to our new to us but older home, after moving in we knew right away the newer system installed needed some attention. Him and his team ran a new return line, and upsized our ducts for a very fair price.

He has always answered me when I have had questions, even in odd hours of the day.

“Mike Burrow came by to check my AC unit today he did a thorough assessment of my Air-conditioning units but also did a deep dive on how I might cool my house more efficiently with my existing unit. I always try to use burrows But the one time they were too booked to come. I used another company and the difference in customer service is very noticeable. Mike is incredibly friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC. I can’t recommend burrow heating and air more If you want a trustworthy, fair and extremely competent HVAC company there’s no one better“

“If I could give Ryan at Carpenter Furnace Company a million stars, I would. I was referred by my in-laws, who had worked with Dennis the previous owner. I called Ryan at 7 at night and he told me he was booked tomorrow but could get to my house within an hour, which he did. He fixed our AC unit on super short notice because he cares about his customers. He earned a customer for life. Also, he only charged the service call fee despite fixing the problem, and he was 100% transparent and not pushy to sell us a new unit.“
