“I tried F45 for the first time because I wanted my arms to look like my friend Elizabeth’s who was working out there. 5 years later, they still don’t look like hers. (Because… genetics. And I don’t work out like she’s does ?) But that’s one of the things I enjoy about this gym! You can get the workout you are looking for. Every workout is a bit different so you don’t get bored. In any given class you may see people of all levels of fitness & age working side by side.
It’s a friendly environment and at the same time, challenging & motivating. The coaches are knowledgeable & are there with suggestions to correct form to avoid injury and push you to try harder. And they are just as welcoming on days when you don’t have much to give & just showing up is a win!

“My Daughter who is 17 was looking for a trainer to improve her strength for softball and help the curvature in her back. We met with Daniel and found him extremely knowledgeable. My daughter worked with him for 2 months and he has improved the curve in her back and strength noticeably. He also helped her with her nutrition at the same time, which was challenging since she is a vegetarian. He has so much knowledge in all of the areas and we loved his training setup. My daughter had to stop due to her school softball schedule, but she is going back to him in the summer. Even though Daniel won't be seeing our daughter again till summer, he is still extremely proactive and told her he would be there to help her out with any question at any time.“

Huge variety of equipment and not too busy. I was able to use the tanning/red light every time without waiting. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff. If I lived in the area, I would make this my daily gym!“
