“We have had Steve come out a few times and I just wish he could also be an electrician and take care of some other things we're in need of. One time he came out to fix an issue with our bathtub faucet and after almost an hour's worth of work he couldn't fix it permanently, he needed to order a different part, and he never even charged us for that hour he was there doing the temporary fix. When he needed to order things for repairs, he didn't bill us for it. He also had no problem working with us for the payment at a time where money was tight. He was very understanding and flexible. He is always kind, polite, professional, fast, HONEST, and has no intention in trying to scam you. I feel like he understands that when youre honest and forthcoming, you get repeat customers and those customers tell their friends and family about you. Steve totally gets it. “We woke up to no hot water and thought we might be without it all weekend. We called for plumbing service on a Saturday morning and first got the regular office recording, so we were worried. A little later, Matthew called back in less than fifteen minutes and quickly got us on the schedule. He arrived at our home in Ogden in about 30 minutes, checked the leaking water heater, explained the problem clearly, and got started on the replacement right away. He and a helper returned with a new 50-gallon gas water heater and had everything installed, connected, and running in about three hours from our first call. They removed the old unit, cleaned up the work area, and made sure the hot water was fully working before they left. “I cannot speak any more highly than this, Jay and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, at the cost they said. We are over the moon happy with the pipe blasting they did to replace our main sewer line.Our particular repair was extremely difficult, the main sewer line that needed to be replaced is 17 feet under ground, yet Jay was able to excavate a small area and successfully replace our main sewer line.Good bye sewer ejector pump and hello gravity!!!!
