We have had Steve come out a few times and I just wish he could also be an electrician and take care of some other things we're in need of. One time he came out to fix an issue with our bathtub faucet and after almost an hour's worth of work he couldn't fix it permanently, he needed to order a different part, and he never even charged us for that hour he was there doing the temporary fix. When he needed to order things for repairs, he didn't bill us for it. He also had no problem working with us for the payment at a time where money was tight. He was very understanding and flexible. Always on time. Always professional. Always positive. Doesn't try to sell anything that is not essential to the job at hand. Very considerate of the time. Gives great advise. The invoice for payment is always less than expected! Worth way more than 5 stars.

We have used Steve's plumbing services more than once and have been extremely pleased each time. He is knowledgeable and works quickly while being very personable. We will definitely call him again when the need arises.
