“This review is embarrassingly overdue, but Keemer Plumbing absolutely deserves the recognition!<br><br>We used them for several projects throughout our home, including replacing three toilets, installing new washer and dryer hookups for a kitchen renovation, installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system, running a new water line to our refrigerator, and installing a new kitchen sink faucet and sprayer. Needless to say, we put these guys to work! From beginning to end, their work was exceptional.<br><br>Jeremy, Derek, and Clint were fantastic. Their work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They made some fairly involved projects look effortless and did an incredible job bringing everything together.<br><br>What impressed us even more was how they handled an unexpected change. Because of a planning error on our end, we realized the washer and dryer hookups needed to be relocated after they had already been installed. Instead of making an already stressful situation worse, they simply said, “No problem.” They came right back out, moved everything where it needed to go, and truly saved the day for us. “I had Brandon come out to my place in hopes that he could find a leak on my main waterline. This was following a visit from a competitor the day before who quoted me $1359 just to find this leak. After speaking with Brandon, I found that the competitor would just be contracting Brandon’s team to find the leak and then up charging me. He showed up on time and quickly found a leak, and he gave me a very fair price to repair. His guys came in the next day and took care of business. They finished up the job today. When I arrived to the house after work, I am shocked at how nice my yard looks following the repair. Do yourself a favor and pass on all of these big corporate companies and just give Brandon‘s team a call for all of your plumbing needs. “What a winner Kyle is!! I asked many questions and he took time to answer all of them and explain things. He also explored options to make the things happen that I wanted done. No other place where I obtained bids was that thorough. He was not only a good businessman, but he was genuinely interested in me as a customer. He definitely is a people person and I enjoyed and appreciated working with him.<br><br>That said, a few days later when Kyle came back to install a new kind of filter which had previously been ordered, he informed me that the company had abruptly closed his office in my city and he wouldn't be able to install the humidifier we spoken about or follow through on additional agreements in the contract. Since he now had the filter which I had had paid for, he felt that he should bring it over. Others weren't so lucky. They had let him go and taken away his truck and uniform, so he was in his own car and clothing--and was out of a job overnight. Their main office is in Idaho (I live in Utah) and they kept that office open but accepted no responsibility for any contracts or agreements with customers in my area.<br><br>I don't know what exactly what happened in the office in Idaho to cause this callous and irresponsible care for their customers but AVOID this company even in Idaho since their interest and concern is definitely not with their customers.”
