No complaints. These guys are straight "shooters" and the price was reasonable. They were in and out fast. I called to have an outside faucet fixed, they replaced the entire worn thing with a minimum of damage to the inside wall. And, they discovered a bulging hose on our washing machine. I mean ready to blow! So you could say that they go the extra mile and notice things. Thank goodness!Edit to add, six years later. We still use their services and are very satisfied with the reliable work that J & M offer.

We had new cabinets installed in our home and when the guys were taking out the old stuff they found leaky valve. Was able to call J&M and they came out the same day to get its closed off so we could get the water back on. Then they came back when everything was done and installed new valves and got everything hooked back up. Would definitely recommend using them.

J&M are great. They gave me a bid on redoing my shower and worked to get it completed in a short amount of time even at the holiday. Nick and Melissa are awesome to work with and keep be up to date on everything that was happening.
