Johnny came to our home to conduct a service check on our sump pump. He was very professional and helpful. He took the time to show me the parts of the system and how it worked. He gave me options for future maintenance to make sure the system would continue to operate effectively. I felt extremely satisfied with the level of service and communication from his visit. Would highly recommend.
Jon came out to our house and spent more than an hour making calls and looking into options to replace our out-of-production solar hot water system. He ended up finding it wouldn’t be worthwhile to replace for now. Didn’t charge us a penny, just happy to help get us the best solution.
