I finally took the dive, after sorting through all the water softener ads and follow ups, and went with Adaptive for my water softener. The owner actually answered my call and we set up an appointment for installation then and there. They just left after spending two hours putting the water softener on my home water set up. The installers spent some time with me after, explaining the ins and outs of the new machine and what I could expect. They were fantastic. I’m very happy with the whole experience. ☺️ .

Our hot water heater went out Christmas Eve, so we called Adaptive Plumbing. Jared was super kind and awesome. He was able to come out the day after Christmas and replace our hot water heater.
