It was a big project for us, but Travis and his team knocked it without issue. Because it was such a large project, we did have a few corrections and fixes that were needed afterward, but Travis jumped on it, no questions asked and got it handled! That’s why these guys get 5 stars all the time.”

“Grant was absolutely fantastic! He came to assess a home that I am under contract for purchasing. I had a few specific concerns and questions that Grant took the time explain everything and he taught me a lot. The estimate was free which often makes me suspect that the person assessing is going recommend some kind of repair to generate revenue. Grant informed us that the foundation and everything in the crawl space of the home was in great condition and doesn’t recommend any repairs. We didn’t end up paying anything to BASEco but Due to Grants honesty and kindness, we will be definitely be requesting their services if we even need work done!”
