“Our experience with DaBella was positive overall. Hector did a great job selling the siding project to us and despite a high cost, we loved the end product of our house. I do believe that the James Hardie siding will last a long time and will add value to our house. We did not feel any pressure in using their company during the initial sales and felt that we were presented with good options. My gripe is from the subcontractor used to install the siding. The point person seemed a bit rude at times when we tried to bring up concerns and kept throwing out they could not do this and that because it was not in the contract or would void our warranty. They are the experts and we are not so if issues arise, I was hoping for a more collegial dialogue to come up with solutions to the concerns. Another person from the subcontracting group actually came and helped us with our problem so we were thankful for that. The actual crew who installed the siding did a fantastic job in the heat of the summer and we are very appreciative of them. The communication amongst DaBella, subcontractor, and us could definitely have been better. We appreciated Aaron from DaBella too who is the quality control person.“

“My really good friends recommended Faustina Construction to come out for my home to get concrete put in. Sione the owner was super nice and very attentive and was able to do what most other concrete companies actually refused to do. I would highly recommend them to do anything that involves concrete. In just a week they had my old concrete broken down and the ground ready to have the concrete poured. They also put in rebar in all of my concrete to keep it reinforced and nice. They are by far the best people to work with.“

“We had a very big project that required patching about a dozen potholes, slurring and seal coating roughly 300,00 sq/ft. It was a big project for us, but Travis and his team knocked it without issue. Because it was such a large project, we did have a few corrections and fixes that were needed afterward, but Travis jumped on it, no questions asked and got it handled! That’s why these guys get 5 stars all the time.“

“Grant was absolutely fantastic! He came to assess a home that I am under contract for purchasing. I had a few specific concerns and questions that Grant took the time explain everything and he taught me a lot. The estimate was free which often makes me suspect that the person assessing is going recommend some kind of repair to generate revenue. Grant informed us that the foundation and everything in the crawl space of the home was in great condition and doesn’t recommend any repairs. We didn’t end up paying anything to BASEco but Due to Grants honesty and kindness, we will be definitely be requesting their services if we even need work done!“

“I really dont even know where to start with this review other than air design went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out. For 3 years we had issues with our AC. Once or twice a year we would bring someone out to check the house and they always said it was fine. We struggled every other week with it freezing, not freezing but not blowing cold air, the list goes on. After multiple other companies coudlnt find a problem, we finally we sent air design out. They didnt gaslight us and tell us there was nothing they could do, they came out and started digging further.

Long story short there was a lot of small things wrong with how the ac unit was installed in the house because of the builders. Air design came out as many times as needed, and checked up everyday. They even went as far as sending the owner out to try and solve the issues because it was such a complicated case. While there the owner cleaned our condenser OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF HIS HEART.

All that to say, its been 104 this week in utah and our house is holding at 70 degrees. This hasnt happened ever. We are so thrilled and will be life long customers of Air design. We cant thank them enough!!

“During 2021 I worked to finish a 1400 sq ft basement. We planned 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility room. In order to make sure I was getting a good deal I contacted 8 companies, saw 6 of them come to my house to generate a quote, of which only 5 sent the quotes. Out of all those, Builder’s Choice was the clear winner. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. What made Builders Choice stand out was that from the very beginning Steve was very enthusiastic about my project and showed he actually cared about my project. He worked with me on my ideas and I believe that the floor plan we worked together on was better from both our inputs. He had the first draft for me in under 12 hours!
