Responded very quickly and went above and beyond, fixing our furnace but also cleaning everything. They even cleaned out a dead mouse that they found that we had no idea about - I highly recommend.

In 2020, Air Design installed a high efficiency Lennox furnace in our downstairs walk-out apartment. When another firm performed the annual fall inspection & maintenance on our furnaces, they thought our new furnace might not be level.When I informed Air Design of the minor issue, they send out a technician (Greg) the very next day to take a look.Greg used a level to confirm that the unit was perfectly installed. Since I was with Greg during the inspection process, I am 100% confident that the Air Design installation was done properly. Long story short I thought my water heater was damaged and the water leakage was from my furnace. I called Air Design (who installed in 2020) and Lance returned my call and was VERY helpful by advising on how to clear the plug/clog. I used my wet/dry vacuum (RIGID) and it cleared up easy and a good amount of water came out.Thank you Lance for your help in a pinch!
