Our home was worth the wait! The pandemic and crazy shortages added to the usual wait time of building a home but if you understand that from the beginning, you won’t regret it.Salt City Construction built our dream home. I really appreciated the design suggestions given by Jessalyn. She helped us avoid re-do’s during installations. We are now the proud owners of a very well built, beautiful home. We’ve been in our new home for four months and are very pleased with our home and the experience working with Salt City. Yes, there were hiccups, but Salt City has been very responsive and accommodating throughout the building process. We had several material selections that became unavailable due to supply chain issues. In every instance Salt City provided an upgrade without additional charge, or delay. 99% of our punch list items were completed prior to closing or within a month of closing. Excellent project team!We are building our dream home with Salt City Construction in Heber. The project team and lender (Justin at Loan Depot) have gone above and beyond throughout the project to accommodate our custom built home. Tammy and Jessalyn have been great to work with throughout the design phase. Shawn and his superintendents have done a great job executing our project and exceeding our expectations. They’ve been pushing for a fast completion with excellent craftsmanship in the midst of the current construction labor and material shortages.
