If you are looking to start your fitness journey and have no idea what you are doing, I highly suggest Legends. I started there a few years ago with a 6 week bootcamp, with Cody as the trainer most days. I liked him so much I hired him as my weekly trainer for a full year. He taught me all of the ropes. Because of Cody, I know how to use all of the gym equipment, my intimidation is gone, my form improved and this all made me feel more comfortable out on my own.
