4534 West Gate Blvd, Austin“I enjoy black swan yoga. There flow not only stretches you but also tones you, along with a nice sweat. It’s like a 3 in one to me! I feel like I not only worked out some tension but also accomplished a work out when I leave. Which is why they are so popular imo. Unfortunately a lot of the negative reviews of them over booking their classes is true. I don’t enjoy the whole room being mat to mat. Having a few inches of space is nice especially with how hot the room is. Lastly, sometimes they do have the music way to loud which leaves me feeling lost because I can’t hear the instructor, when asked they do turn it down. Still one of my fav studios over all tho! And not all classes are as packed as others. Just wish they would lower capacity for their evening classes.“

403 Orchard St, Austin“I love Aly! I wished she taught regularly at Orchard! She provides and promotes such a welcoming atmosphere where experience levels may vary, although everyone can get in on the fun. It’s a high energy rollercoaster once started and she gives you different options based on skill level. She always has a smile and gives out so much love and graceful energy. The best hot yoga / workout class I’ve ever been too!“

She also has AMAZING hands on assists - definitely would recommend her class if you can catch her!“
“I love this studio! The classes and teachers are all wonderful and unique! From the beginner to advanced yogi, all will feel welcome here! A beautiful and clean space with views of the trees. Highly recommend!“

5700 Tapadera Trace Ln Apt 1013, Austin“i had a fall/injury and after so many doc appts plus physical therapy plus chiropractors etc, I just couldn't get relief with the muscle/nerve issues. Desperate to find other therapies, I googled and found Robert. He is so educated about the human body and immediately discovered some of the pain issues were not where the pain was but were coming from a totally different body part. After a few months my pain went from a 9 to a 2. I will continue to do maintenance session to help the muscles/nerves. So grateful to have found him. I recommend anyone having muscle/nerve issues to try this treatment for a couple months and you will be amazed with the progress.“

3801 Berkman Dr #B, Austin“My favorite place for hot yoga in Austin! The instructors are amazing, they push you to your limits but also support variations and give individual light supportive feedback during the sessions. The facility is open and clean with positive energy throughout. I also love that they have showers so I don’t have to leave all sweaty. I’m obsessed and try to make it as much as I can!“

5604 Bee Caves Rd, Austin“I used Wild Heart Yoga for a recent retreat for a group of wedding planners visiting Austin. They were so professional and helped us figure out what type of class we wanted. We ended up doing a mixture of breathing work, yoga and some meditation to finish it off. Callie was our instructor and she was absolutely delightful!!! She has such a calming presence and was helpful in all the yoga moves (we had a few ladies who never did yoga) - without a doubt I would hire her again for any yoga class. Overall, it was a very seamless experience because Wild Heart Yoga brought the mats to our Airbnb and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!!“

2121 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin“I had such a fantastic massage at Ace of Cups last night. I was having some strong shoulder pain and tightness and Casey loosened it all up in a targeted 30-minute session. Additionally he gave me some helpful tips on how I can do some pressure points on my own shoulders to alleviate the pain and tightness.“

I am truly feeling and seeing a difference in my body after a little over a month of consistently attending classes. I also love how easy it is to see all of the class options and easily sign up for them/manage my class schedule through the app. The workouts are challenging yet fun & leave me excited to come in for my next class!“
“I have been teaching at Your Yoga for 6 years (bias alert), and absolutely love it. Our community of yogis is wonderful, engaged, curious, and real. The diversity of teachers and styles of yoga is a treat, and the emphasis on functional movement is what really sets us apart. We move and breathe together, laugh and cry together, and move forward in this thing called life with increasing levels of ease and strength of both body and mind. It may not be for everyone, but it's worth a try. It may become your yoga home!“
“This place has absolutely everything you need for a great workout: a variety of classes, plenty of equipment, great music, and incredible people running it.
Keith is super attentive, gives clear exercise guidance, and constantly goes around correcting movements and helping us set up when needed.
I truly believe a place is only as good as the people behind it — and besides being attentive during workouts, Keith and his wife have always been so friendly and helpful.
As someone just temporarily visiting Austin, I really appreciated getting tips on new places to visit and activities to try — a true example of perfect Southern hospitality.“

“Tara is a fantastic esthetician. She got me completely relaxed (not an easy thing to do because I’m a stress ball), Plus, I could see a visible result in my face when she was done.
I definitely plan on coming back!“

1308 W Anderson Ln. Suite A, Austin“Excellent yoga studio! Teachers are highly experienced and natural at teaching yoga. Some of the best yoga classes I have ever attended. Their style of practice at this studio is welcoming to all, honoring of yoga roots and offers a calm, centering yoga practice in a lovely little studio. This is not a flashy new age workout like Core Power or Bikram yoga and that’s what makes it great!
Nice options for parents as well to have their child do yoga while they do yoga in the studio next to them, all the way through preteens and teen specific classes. Wonderful approach to community building and support as well with monthly book clubs as well as direct community support.“
