Every Monday night at 8:30pm, Maggie does a Candlelight slow flow and it's THE thing I look forward to most, especially to kick start my week. She affirms, gives clear guidance, and my body is most definitely stretched after 🔥
Took Aryhadna's class and it was amazing - she has such presence in the room and just makes the environment a place where I can freely flow and really focus on my own practice while still being present in the space. She also has AMAZING hands on assists - definitely would recommend her class if you can catch her!
Black Swan is one of my favorite yoga studios I’ve ever been to. The classes are challenging but each instructor is encouraging - I always leave feeling positive and energized. Definitely go to Black Swan for yoga in Austin!
