I cannot say enough great things about Y6! The classes are fun and engaging. They offer a wide variety of classes that target both improved mental and physical health. The teachers offer great options for all levels, and I always leave knowing I had a great work out!

I enjoyed the class and instructors. At the end of the class they give you a warm towel which they indicated you can ask not to have one- although it was my first class and no one advised me that it was lavender infused. I’m allergic to lavender so if you are allergic opt not to have the hot towel at the end.
