I enjoy black swan yoga. There flow not only stretches you but also tones you, along with a nice sweat. It’s like a 3 in one to me! I feel like I not only worked out some tension but also accomplished a work out when I leave. Which is why they are so popular imo. Unfortunately a lot of the negative reviews of them over booking their classes is true. I don’t enjoy the whole room being mat to mat. Having a few inches of space is nice especially with how hot the room is. Lastly, sometimes they do have the music way to loud which leaves me feeling lost because I can’t hear the instructor, when asked they do turn it down. Still one of my fav studios over all tho! This yoga studio changed my life! Every single instructor is an incredible human and wonderful soul. It has opened my heart, mind, and body to great things, and happy places. Thank you Black Swan!

Wonderful yoga studio. The teachers are all fantastic. They’ve each got their own style so classes never get repetitive or boring, The studio is always clean and large enough to support a good number of students. It’s just a great place to practice yoga.
