“Having our downstairs floor get ruined by a water leak was quite an ordeal, dealing with insurance and several contractors. The easiest part about it was working with Derek and the H&H team (which is funny because the floor was the biggest/most important job). He was patient while we worked out what fit our budget. “Matt Garcia and his crew, led by Manuel, installed my hardwood floors 2 years ago and did an amazing job. Recently, my water heater in the attic leaked and the bathroom below it had to have the ceiling cut out and door and wall to hall removed. Also, the bedrooms on either side needed some of the hardwood removed. The remediation company cut the hardwood squarely and I was not sure if it would ever be able to look the same after the water damage. But it came out perfectly, and one would never know that any damage had occurred! The crew made sure it had the same staggered look, and they put the baseboards and new shoe molding back too! Luckily, I had a few boxes of wood left over from the initial install. It was the same crew from two years ago and they are hard-working craftsman. They also cleaned up everything perfectly and Matt gave me an excellent price for the large repair job. I highly recommend Austin Hardwood Flooring, thank you SO much Matt and crew!“

“I hired Matt from the recommendation of a neighbor to redo the floors on the first level of my 1960's build. He worked to remove the tile, laminate, linoleum, etc. and exposed the original concrete slab underneath. Matt did a great job, he has an eye for detail and is a great craftsman.
