I have been a Real Estate agent and broker since 1989. I have used many companies and dealt with many sales people selling flooring. I can say that I am super impressed with the way Gina Moreno handled my job. She helped me to pick out something after she figured out my taste. Then she advised me on the materials and even manufacturing process and the pros and cons of each. I settled on one and her top notch crew did a fabulous job. In the scheme of things it wasnt a huge job. Remove wood flooring from two rooms and replace it. But that job showed me what a great decision I made. We were extremely pleased with all of dealings with Floor King. Jules was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. But the best aspect of our floor upgrade was the installation! We had a team of two, then three come to our house and systematically empty the room and set about with professional and very considerate floor removal and installation. I believe the Team head was named Aurelio. He was great. He ensured the tasks were done just right - and the rest of our house was shielded from dust and debris from the demo.
