Excellent customer service - on phone and in person. I did a Home Remodel in November and they were the easiest company to deal with. And extra kudos to Brett and Kainan. On a recent weekend, both of them were extremely helpful when I had a return. I had a recommend this location and the staff.

What started out as a tough experience, was turned into a great experience solely because of Parysh Bailey. I was fortunate to get Parysh on the phone with a large order that was supposed to be delivered, but was held up. Parysh was efficient and detailed. After another small mishap, Parysh stepped in, helped again and followed up until the job was delivered and complete. If I was evaluating only Parysh, I would give 10 stars.As a Floor & Decor Pro Service customer, I shop multiple locations and Parysh has been the best F&D employee I have come in contact with.

We have a Pro Account with Floor and Decor and I was having a difficult time with my online order. I called the store and talked to Jacob at the Pro Desk. I knew he was super busy because I had called earlier and he had to call me back.Once we connected, he went above and beyond to help me get all the selections that I needed for one of our clients who is remodeling their home. He re-entered my entire order (7 different selections and 2800 sf equaling $17,000 of flooring) on his side and created a quote that was emailed to me to confirm and order.Thanks for the great customer service and being so friendly and helpful Jacob!
