I was referred to Aristocrat Optix by the Austin Cartier boutique after a pair of my sunglasses broke and needed repair. I reached out to the owner, Michael, via email, and he responded almost immediately. After a couple of text exchanges, he offered to fix my sunglasses at no cost (just a handshake, which I happily agreed to!). I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
Their selection of sunglasses is top tier, too, so I will definitely be coming back to shop. What a great place with premium luxury products and an even better customer experience.
