From the front office staff, to the tech who does the preliminary eye tests before seeing the Dr., to the Dr. and the optician or tech that assists with glasses....they are all very friendly and helpful. Very nice, good sized selection of eyeglass frames ranging from a few basic frames to designer brands. They have a quick turnaround on glasses, compared to others, and this is much appreciated. They are closed on Fridays. Boo. But that's minor. I've been going for over 2 years now and seeing Dr. Packer. He is kind, friendly and competent. I will continue to use Lonestar Eye as my go to for eye exams and glasses!

My family and I have come to Lonestar eye for 12 years. This is the best experience of any doctors office of any type we have had. It starts with leadership. Dr Packer is amazingly positive, compassionate, friendly and is totally focused on you and what you need. He is awesome at what he does and it shows. The office is sleek, modern, pleasing. They use the most modern equipment. The staff is very friendly and pleasant and dedicated to your satisfaction. It’s clear they love working there. I love Dr. Wahl and everyone at Lone Star Eye. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, super nice, everything is clean and up-to-date, and the doctors and staff always clearly explain what is going on with my eyes and what all my options are, including my insurance details. I drive a long way to get there from where I live, but it is worth it.
