Visiting Dr. Tran has improved my life ten-fold. Going in, I knew I had a condition where my eyes don't work together which causes annoying headaches after a long day of working at a screen. I was told by a previous doctor that vision therapy classes were the only way to help my condition and I did not have great success keeping frequent appointments that were expensive and didn't really work for me. I was blown away when Dr. Tran not only knew exactly what condition I had (convergence insufficiency), but told me about a new technology in glasses that could help me INSTANTLY with no classes. This place is amazing. Dr Tran gave me the literally the best medical experience of my life. It typically isn't ideal when a doctor is having fun because things are weird, but that's what was the case here, but we got to an excellent solution. She even wanted me to follow up with a message in a few months because she was genuinely interested in me, my vision, and if things were better for me. I see some people mentioning that the glasses are expensive and they want you to buy frames and... yeah... they are running a business. Love this place. The office is stylish and inviting. The front desk staff is always welcoming. All of the Doctors I've seen have been knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Park has created one of my favorite medical offices in Austin. Highly recommend!
