“My 10 year old son needed an eye exam because we were suspecting that corrective lenses were needed. I made the appointment because a) they are close by and b) they offer a discount for BCBS members & we were wanting a contact lens fitting in addition to glasses. It was super convenient to schedule the appointment online as well as filling out the new patient paperwork. Also, when I called to confirm the cost, the lady on the phone was super kind and patient to answer all my questions. When we showed up, I was impressed with the facilities/equipment and the incredible customer service from every single person we interacted with. My son was fitted for contacts and the technician took all the time to help him learn how to put the contacts in and take them out. Great job to the whole team!“
