The delivery was slightly delayed and I was informed about it promptly. There were a few pieces they could not dry clean and they were very transparent about it and even advised me on other alternative methods to clean them without damaging them. Because they could not get all the stains out, there was no charge. I appreciate the cleaning that they did do and would have paid for it. I will always take my cleaning to Westbank.“
