This time it was not the best experience. First, they didn’t give me all the clothes, 1 package was left. Second, no one told me that they were not gonna take care of a small piece of fur (nothing that requires special treatment) that was in a coat.
One of my shirts was destroyed. The gentleman let me know immediately when I came in to pick up. They gave new a $100 credit for my shirt to use. Mistakes happen. What a business does dealing with them is what matters. They did a great job.
